I am writing to tell you what an exceptional job you and your colleagues did when you arranged our tour of Oslo, the fjords and Bergen. We especially appreciated the great treatment our granddaughter, Jane, received.

Many people who are fortunate enough to be able to travel in extra comfort and luxury do not understand that true luxury is more than staying in the nicest rooms in top hotels. It is having someone meet you at the airport, handle your luggage, take you in true comfort to your hotel, and then guide you around the areas you wish to explore, someone who plans the day and keeps it on track so that you don't have to think about appointment times and transportation. I believe one gets more consideration from people when activities, such as the kayaking and the glacier walk that we did, are booked through a respected agent such as yourself. Furthermore you know the best providers of the services required.

For those who know what they want to do and see, having someone work with you and arrange it for you makes the planning of the trip so much less stressful. Alternatively, if you don't want to think about it, but just want someone to ask about your interests and then plan the trip, your company is just the ticket.
